How onboarding works

The same habits we use with clients: written guidelines first, then a small batch, then scale.

  2. Review

    We read every registration and reply within 7 working days if there's a fit.

  3. NDA

    We sign an NDA before sharing any client data or guidelines.

  4. Test batch

    A small batch on our guidelines, checked against a gold set.

  5. Onboard

    Vendors who pass join our pool and are offered work as projects come in.

What we look for

Size matters less than consistency. A careful five-person team is a good fit.

  • A written QA process. Who reviews, how much gets checked, what happens when a batch fails.
  • Guideline discipline. Edge cases handled the way the document says, every time.
  • Tool experience. At least one annotation tool your team uses daily.
  • Secure work setup. Client data stays on approved devices and is never shared outside the team.
  • Clear communication. Questions raised early, deadlines met or flagged in advance.
  • Honest capacity. Numbers you can deliver every month, not just on a good week.

Is there a fee to register?

No. NORBEON never charges vendors to register, train or receive work.

Does registering guarantee work?

No. Registration adds you to our vendor list. We contact vendors when a project matches their data types, tools and capacity.

When will I hear back?

Within 7 working days if there's a fit. If there isn't one yet, your details stay on file and we may contact you for a later project.

How are vendors paid?

Rates, payment terms and invoicing are agreed in writing for each project, before any work starts.

Can individuals register?

Yes. Choose "Freelance specialist" as the vendor type.

Can I update or delete my details?

Yes. Email vendors@norbeon.com from the address you registered with.

Beware of fake NORBEON offers

NORBEON never asks for a registration fee, deposit, OTP or bank PIN, and does not recruit through WhatsApp or Telegram groups. We only contact vendors from an @norbeon.com email address. If you receive a message that says otherwise, report it to hello@norbeon.com.
